01

Dynamic Bidding & Rank Standings

Our leaderboards operate on a real-time, self-serve, dynamic bidding system. Placing a bid secures your respective rank temporarily, but we do not guarantee permanent holding of Rank #1. Any other sponsor globally has the absolute right to outbid/outpay your standing amount at any moment to claim the top spot.

02

The Immortality Clause (Hall of Fame)

To reward bold action, any product that secures the Rank #1 position—even if only for a single second—is permanently cast in gold and immortalized in our dynamic Trophy Case (Hall of Fame). Once you touch the top spot, your legacy on our platform is locked in forever, regardless of whether you are subsequently outbid on the active region boards.

03

Strict No-Refund Policy

All transactions, sponsorship fees, slot claims, and standing upgrades processed via our secure Merchant of Record (Dodo Payments) are 100% final, irrevocable, and non-refundable. By initiating a checkout session, you understand and agree that no refunds or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.

04

Allowed Content & Listing Standards

We host premium developer assets, applications, SaaS products, and creative kits. We strictly prohibit the listing of domains promoting illegal activity, malicious software, spyware, pornography, or scam projects. We reserve the absolute right to terminate and delete any listing violating these guidelines without notice and without refund.

05

Domain Verification & Ownership

You must own, operate, or represent the domain you are claiming. Claiming trademarks, brands, or domains belonging to third parties without explicit authorization is strictly prohibited. Misrepresentation of identity will lead to immediate listing deletion.

Agreement Confirmation

By initializing a payment via Dodo Payments or submitting a product URL to our API, you represent that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these dynamic rules [1, 2].
