Sponsorship Data Collection
We only collect the information you explicitly choose to submit when claiming or upgrading a slot: your product name, target domain, product category, custom logo URL, and description. While we use third-party geo-location APIs to detect your browsing region for the form pre-fill, we do not log, track, or store your exact coordinates or precise physical location.
Anonymous Click & View Analytics
To measure active board engagement, we log and increment anonymous click hits inside Upstash Redis. These counts are completely anonymous and are never tied to your personal identity, IP address, or browser cookies. We do not track you across the web, nor do we sell, rent, or trade your click data to third-party advertisers.
Payment Processing & Financial Security
All transactions are securely compiled and executed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. We do not collect, process, or store your raw credit card numbers, security codes, or billing addresses. Your payment interactions are encrypted and secured directly under Dodo Payments' PCI-compliant standards.
Public Listing and Directory Exposure
By purchasing a sponsorship, you understand and agree that your product name, domain URL, category, flag, and bid amount are public information that will be displayed openly on our dynamic leaderboards, world map, podium, and historical trophy case. Do not submit a claim if you do not want this data publicly displayed.
Your Rights, Data Changes & Deletion
You retain full control over your product listing. If you need to correct, update, or permanently delete your listing data from our MongoDB Atlas database, simply submit a request to our support email. We will manually purge your records from our systems within 48 hours.
Data Security Certified
We employ standard encryption Protocols to ensure your listing details, database records, and serverless background interactions are fully protected against unauthorized queries [1].
